Acne and rosacea care

What is this treatment?
Acne and rosacea care is a dermatologist-led treatment plan for persistent breakouts, redness and flushing. After a 30-minute assessment you receive a written plan that may combine prescription topicals, oral medication and in-clinic procedures, with a review at six weeks to adjust what is and is not working.
Who it's for
Adults and teenagers with acne that has not responded to over-the-counter products, scarring, or rosacea with persistent redness, visible vessels or flushing.
What to expect
Your dermatologist will review your history, current products and triggers, examine your skin and photograph it for comparison. You leave with a written plan and a six-week review booked. Most patients see a clear improvement by the second review.
Questions about this treatment
How long until I see results?
Most treatments take six to twelve weeks to show their full effect, which is why we review at six weeks and adjust.
Can rosacea be cured?
Rosacea is managed rather than cured, but with the right plan most people keep it well controlled with minimal flare-ups.
