Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Programs over $500 can be split into three monthly payments at no extra cost.
What if my insurer declines a claim?
We appeal on your behalf first. If the claim is still declined, you pay the self-pay price listed on this page, never more.
Can I use an HSA or FSA card?
Yes. All consultations, diagnostics and programs are eligible expenses, and we provide itemised receipts.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No fee if you cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations are charged $50.
